Beginner Program is value priced for retail clients at only
$995 USD and our FX Advanced Program which includes the FX
Course for Beginner Program at $1990 USD. These packages include
a one year subscription to our online FX access. Client will
also have access to our weekly updates ($95 value), and book
of FX Trading Strategies Study Guide online.
To enroll in the FX Beginner's Pack
or FX Pro Pack, payment in full by check or credit card is
required. Upon receipt of full payment as a Member, DIMEFX
agrees to issue Client one User Name and Password giving Client
access to the online member's facility for a period of one
year and reserve one seat for an one day live classroom course
or webcast course. If Client is unable to attend a scheduled
class for which they pre-paid and reserved a seat in advance,
Client will be permitted to transfer their reservation to
a future scheduled class provided Client gives DIMEFX a minimum
48-hour written transfer notice prior to the start of the
originally scheduled Class.
Non-disclosure: All DIMEFX educational
materials are copyright protected. I agree not to share my
User Name and Password with any other person. I also agree
not to permit any proprietary information including training
sessions, trading methods or systems or strategies, forms
or vendors to be shared, released, resold, or copied in any
form without express written permission from DIMEFX. Failure
to comply with any of these non-disclosure terms may result
in immediate termination of web site access without refund
and payment of damages to DIMEFX.
Non-compete: I agree not to use any
of DIMEFX materials and information, live training, web-material,
chatrooms, marketing materials, compensation program, course
materials, technology, print, multimedia materials and all
other related materials owned by DIMEFX to start or be involved
with a competing direct sales or network marketing business
in the Forex industry.
I have read the risk disclaimer page
on the DIMEFX web site at www.dimefx.com that explains in
more detail the risks associated with currency trading and
the limitations of hypothetical trading systems and their
performance results. I understand that there is no trading
system or trading advice that is free from the risk of loss
and that no one can guarantee profits or freedom from loss
in currency trading. I understand that DIMEFX cannot guarantee
that I will make a profit and agree that DIMEFX, its officers,
employees and independent instructors, associates or consultants
will not be held responsible for trading losses.
seven-day refund policy. Upon receipt
of my written request within seven (7) calendar days from
the agreement date entered, DIMEFX agrees to refund the prepaid
cost of the FX Beginner's Pack. This seven-day refund policy
is void when the initial seven-day period expires or when
Client begins any one day Class training, whichever comes
first.
Buyer's Right to Cancel: I may cancel
this Agreement for any reason within 7 calendar days of purchase
by giving written notice to DIMEFX bearing my original signature,
printed name, address, and Member ID. Written cancellations
will be effective upon receipt by "DIMEFX" Dime
Financial Group LLC.
I understand that DIMEFX and/or any
of its independent instructors, associates or consultants
DO NOT endorse or encourage the trading of futures and/or
options contracts. I also acknowledge that the parties providing
Forex training are not CTA's (Commodity Trading Advisors)
or Commodity Brokers. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold
Dime FX and/or any of its independent instructors, associates
or consultants harmless from any and all losses, costs, liabilities,
or indebtedness arising from the use of any trading information,
technique, method, system or vendor shared with me.
